Master Students Of Scienece In Supply Chain – Texas Christian University – Neeley Business School Visit Long Hau Industrial Park

On 07th Mar 2016, the group of Mater students of Science in Supply Chain from Texas Christian University – Neeley Business school from USA visit Long Hau industrial park as one of the destinations for the trip discovering Hong Kong and Vietnam’s economic development. 

The visiting aims to provide realistic information and knowledge about the country economy, investment environment, labor force, development of local supply chain, benefits offered for investors setting up factory in Long Hau industrial park and Vietnam.

The Master students are introduced with the information, facilities, and strategic location of Long Hau industrial park, as well as participate in Q&A session with the representatives from Long Hau industrial park, and a US tenant in Long Hau industrial park – WAHL Vietnam (a member of USA based company WAHL International) in order to be responded with any questions regarding to investment activities of foreign manufacturers, and environment in Long Hau industrial park. Mr. Pham Trong Quan – General Director of WAHL Vietnam also share a presentation about business environment of Vietnam and the reasons why Wahl choose Vietnam and Long Hau industrial park to set up their business.

Following on the presentations and Q&A session, the students are invited to touring around Long Hau industrial park to observe the development of the industrialization happening inside Long Hau IP and production process inside WAHL Vietnam’s factory.

The tour place a good impression on Master students and be helpful for the students in researching about Vietnam.
